Introducing the unique Fiddleback Engineered Australian Hardwood flooring range, it’s available in the ever-popular Spotted Gum and Blackbutt Australian timbers. Fiddleback wear layers combine the classic features and characteristics of Australian Eucalyptus timbers bonded onto a plywood multi-layer core for enhanced in-service stability. Range includes Herringbone Parquetry, Smooth Surface Finish, and Rustic Brushed planks that bring a little outdoor nature into your living room.

The Fiddleback Engineered Australian Hardwood flooring range is not suitable for installation over any type of underfloor heating.

Please note: current supply of 189mm Fiddleback Smooth & Rustic Matte are a very light colour (Blonde – Straw) with occasional dark planks. The stock is much lighter than some store samples & the occasional dark plank requires careful install blending. Please confirm colour visual with your supplier prior to purchase.

Profile

•Patented Clic format for floating installation.

•T&G for Herringbone & Rustic. Micro Bevelled edges, 4 sides.

Coating & Surface

•Smooth & light wire brushed, PU lacquer matte, approx. 10-15% gloss level in both brushed and smooth surface.

Grade

•Standard and better grade (ABC), will display natural characteristics such as knots, natural colour and grain variation, filled void and gum vein.

•Slight checking in wear layer under coating is acceptable.

•Rustic grade contains knots and dark resin filled spots, pinhole and contrasting colour tones, along with spiral grain and fine saw marks for that enhanced rustic appearance.
